Pierre Guy
Managing Director
Danish/French actor, director, and managing director.
Born in Denmark, he trained at L’Entrée des Artistes in Paris and continued his studies in New York with acting coach Susan Batson.
He began his career as an actor, performing in Off-Broadway productions in New York and working on short films and commercial projects across Europe. During this period, he trained in photography under Paul Richard Thomas, expanding his understanding of visual composition and image-making. This led him to transition into directing, where he has helmed several short films and music videos.
Pierre later worked for four years alongside casting director Manuela Verchi at Tam Tam casting, gaining practical experience in casting and talent development. In 2026, he founded Tam Tam Studio and took over leadership of the Tam Tam Casting department.
Manuela Verchi
Founder of casting department and senior consultant
After graduating from the School of the Piccolo Teatro of Milan, Manuela Verchi launched a successful career as an actress, performing with some of the most highly-respected companies in Italy. In 1986 she began working as Casting Director of Filmmaster and afterwards founded Tamtam Studio Casting.
Over the years she has created a professional network of casting directors, production houses, talent agencies, and advertising firms. She has collaborated with countless directors especially for television commercials, and has selected co-protagonists for some of today’s most recognized faces.
Claudia de Candia
Head acting Coach
Claudia de Candia is an Italian actress, writer, and acting coach.
She trained at the Civica Accademia d’Arte Drammatica “Nico Pepe” in Udine and later completed the one-year program at the Susan Batson Studio in New York, where she also studied with Julia Cameron — author of The Artist’s Way — deepening her understanding of creativity and artistic process. She lived and worked in New York for several years, performing in numerous film and theatre productions.
On stage, she is the writer and creator of the monologue Agrumi, an official selection at the FringeMi Festival 2025, and has previously performed at venues including the Piccolo Teatro Grassi in Milan, Teatro Litta, Teatro Argot in Rome, and the Festival d’Avignon.
As an acting coach, Claudia’s teaching draws on her Italian theatre training, the Susan Batson method, and the principles of Julia Cameron’s approach to unlocking creative potential.
She teaches Screen Acting at the Accademia dei Teatri Possibili in Milan and has collaborated with acting coach Cloé Xhauflaire on multiple occasions.
